I did this accidentally with our beagle. She has a wavering recall, and I realized that we'd worn out 'come,' so I added a small piece of bacon to my treat bag and when I absolutely needed her, I said "Bacon." She learned it in one. Of course, we've had to rename bacon for household use. It's great to see her bounding back to me, and she's a good sport about accepting a jackpot of normal treats if I don't have the actual stuff.
