Thanks for the Snugglepets link - I ordered one for Dolly just now. She's going to love it, and I will, too. I'm so glad they deliver to the US!

Our bedroom was off limits until Dolly hit three years old, when she started to value comfort over trouble-making. Hang in there with the two B's!

Hmm.. ventilation research you say.. The problem is this Beagle R&D seems to consume a lot of our budget, and even more of our duvet!

As for the harnesses, we got ours from snugglepets.co.uk (brilliant name). We got size 3 fleece harnesses, and I reckon they would accommodate all but the largest Beagles. Here's a direct link:

Our beagle likes to sleep under the duvet, but gets too hot after a bit and gets out. Then she goes back. I told my husband that someone should market a dog-owner duvet that has a hole in the center for canine ventilation/entry+exits. Beanie and Biggles are just working out the best design!

I can't seem to find the post about their harnesses - I remember you said that the x-back ones are bad for beagles. The ones you have on them in these pics look fantastic - can you tell me where to get one? Thanks in advance.
