The problem is this Beagle R&D seems to consume a lot of our budget, and even more of our duvet! As for the harnesses, we got ours from snugglepets.co.uk (brilliant name). We got size 3 fleece harnesses, and I reckon they would accommodate all but the largest Beagles.
