Here’s Beanie at around 20 days old with all 9 of her litter mates!

So far Beanie has been reunited with 3 of her littermates. Here they are pictured together at the Scottish Beagle Club Championships in April 2008.
From left to right - Peanut, Zoe, Beanie and Dudley. All 6 months old.
And just to show how they’ve grown here they all are as new born pups (they’re about the same size as hamsters in these piccies!)….
Another of Beanie’s sisters - Bella - has been spotted regularly in our local parks by other dog owners and she even goes to the same training classes as Beanie, but unfortunately Beanie hasn’t bumped into her yet. Watch this space!
At last, Beanie has met up with Bella!

Distant Relatives
Beanie has also met a more distant relative - first in Pets at Home and later in her training classes. Bessie is around 13 months old and her mum is Newlin Ruby.

Hello! found your site it’s great, sounds as though all of what Beanie is doing Bella is doing the same! (she’s currently digging the biggest hole you’ve ever seen in the garden!) was nice to finally meet you, see you next week!

It was great to meet you and Bella! I’ve got a new blog entry to write tonight and I’ll pop Bella’s photo up on the site.
We’ll probably have to skip next week’s training session though - Beanie’s off to the vet on Friday to be spayed and from what we’ve read she’ll need to take it really easy for 10 days or so afterwards. So we’ll see you the week after!

I’m glad you like watching Beanie. I think Beagles are the cutest, most fun dog you can get! But they are also naughty, playful little rascals who need lots of walks, lots of attention, and lots of things to chew on! Make sure you and your Mom are ready for that before you get your own little Beagle!
