Beanie and Biggles both enjoy agility. They have a full set of equipment in their ‘toy shed’ that gets dragged out for a fun play session every couple of weeks or so. I think they’d rather do ‘cross country agility’ in a big muddy field with the kind of obstacles a hunting Beagles is likely to have to negotiate during a hunt. But for now they make do with bog standard agility.
Beanie is the agility talent in the family. She loves to weave, fly over the jumps at high speed, dart through tunnels – she’ a natural. Biggles doesn’t really see the point in it all and would much rather take the shortest route from A to B. But nevertheless he gives it a go and does really rather well.
